Grief Groups

I offer in-person grief groups that are organized around specific types of loss. Each group cycle meets for one hour per week for ten weeks, with new cycles and themes offered throughout the year. Participation requires a commitment to the entire cycle, as consistency builds trust within the group and supports deeper work. Cost is $80 per session.

If the group you need isn't running right now, there's a good chance one will start soon, or I can refer you to another group. Please reach out and let me know more about your loss.

I am currently assembling the following groups for the Fall of 2026:

Adult Sibling Loss

For adults who have lost a sibling, this group offers a space to process a grief that is often overlooked or misunderstood by others. Sibling loss can bring up complicated questions about identity, family role, and relationships that shifted overnight—and this group is a place to explore it all alongside others who understand.

Adult Child Loss

Losing a child, at any age, is enormously difficult. Grieving the death of an adult child is complex and layered in ways that society doesn’t always understand. This group offers in-person companionship with others who understand your loss as no one else can.
